Why should I join the WhatsApp Community?

What is the Event Programme & Location?
The event takes place in Durrës, Albania across multiple venues:
- Day 1: Bonita Classic Hotel – Poolside Party
- Friday: Nat Beach House – Jersey Party
- Days 2–4: Rruga Kompleksit, Golem – Wild West Cowboy Party & All-White Party
Events run daily from 5:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.
Can I receive a refund because I can no longer attend?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, you may resell your ticket through the official Afro Escape team. A £20 admin fee applies for all transfers.
Can I book a HOTEL through Afro Escape?
Yes! We have two official hotel partners:
- Bonita Classic Hotel – available in Single and Double occupancy
- Dolce Vita Hotel – available in Single and Double occupancy
Hotel packages include resort-style amenities and daily breakfast. Please check our booking options for current rates.
I'm travelling alone. Can I still attend Afro Escape?
Absolutely! We offer a Solo Traveller Package which includes a Single Occupancy Room, one event ticket, and daily breakfast. You're more than welcome to join us on your own!
Can I choose who I share a room with?
Yes. With the Double Occupancy Package, both guests' names are required at the time of booking. Afro Escape will not assign another guest to your room unless you specifically request it.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes! We accept instalment payments via Klarna or PayPal.
What happens if the name on my ticket does not match my identification?
Entry may be delayed or refused if the name on your ticket does not match your ID. Please contact Afro Escape before you travel if there is a discrepancy.
Do I need a VISA to travel to Albania?
Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. UK residents may be visa-free for short stays. However, Afro Escape cannot provide visa advice — please check with your local embassy or government travel guidance before booking.
Airport Travel Information
The nearest airport is Tirana International Airport (TIA), approximately a 30-minute drive from Durrës. We recommend booking your return flight for Monday or later. Events run from 5:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight daily.
Can I book a table?
Yes! Table bookings are available for £50 and seat up to six people. At least one person in the group needs to select the Ticket + Table option when booking.
Can I book any apartment?
Yes, guests are welcome to arrange their own accommodation. We recommend staying around the Durrës Beach or Golem area to be close to the event venues.

Expect a mix of Afrobeats, Amapiano, R&B, Dancehall, and other party sounds to keep you moving all night!

I have not received my ticket. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder as tickets are sent automatically after purchase. If you still can't find it, please contact us with your name, email address, and order number and we'll get it sorted.
Can I resell or transfer my ticket privately?
No. All ticket transfers must go through the official Afro Escape team. Private reselling is not permitted. A £20 admin fee applies for all official transfers.
When will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket is sent automatically immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox. If you still haven't received it, contact our support team.
